Most beneficial aspect: The workshop was very informative and I found it extremely helpful to hear about the steps/techniques required to deliver an effective presentation directly from an HR professional, who has vast experience in dealing with people and delivering speeches. Personally, I appreciated the most that Joy Gandell gave everyone time at the end to ask questions and offered practical solutions.
